Scope of Works: Tiling to WCs and Lobby Areas

Our repeat client is delivering a six-storey office building at 14–16 Peterborough Road in Parsons Green for W.RE. The scheme will provide 46,000 sq ft of flexible workspace with landscaped terraces and strong natural light, replacing a refurbished 1950s warehouse office and an adjoining one-bedroom maisonette.

This project sees us tile all WC and vanity areas across the development with small format ceramics and to accompany it with a large terrazzo feature strip as selected by the client designers. With tiling also required at the reception area to both floor and walls to create a feature piece.
