Scope Of Works: Tiling To Ensuites, Reception Floor & Amenities.

This scheme was a very high end luxurious living space for students who would attend the Leeds university which would be 5 minute commute if walking. This development sits in the heart of Leeds and offers local amenities to there students who will be staying here with onsite facilities such as a gym, games room, communal lounge, study pods and many more areas where they can look to study or relax.

With over 200 apartments to tile, we were tasked with tiling each ensuite in a 600×300 marble effect floor and wall tile, then we was asked to tile the reception lobby floor, along with coffee lounge splash back and bar, mezzanine level toilet core and lobby. With the other areas as mentioned we used various size tiles and also different ways of laying the tiles such as herringbone, stack bond, brick bond.
