Conversion of a Category A listed building into a 4* Clayton Hotel in Edinburgh, with an eight-storey rear extension. Located within the World Heritage Site, the scheme will deliver up to 153 bedrooms, plus a bar, restaurant, gym, and meeting rooms overlooking St Andrew’s Square.

On this scheme we also have the stone package where we are to install door threshold and vanity pieces to each of the ensuite and then along with the floor and wall porcelain tiles to a fully tiled room. Then we have the front of house areas which we have again a wide variety of tiles and materials to work with.
