Scope Of Works: Tiling To Ensuites, Bathrooms, WC’s & Concierge.

This project gives the new residents the balance of London living being on the outskirts near the M25, and a stones throw away from the tube station nearby sits a newly built and redeveloped 225 apartment block split over 4 blocks. Sitting in a gated complex with high end finishes throughout the development from the large scale cladding and particular small details throughout the interior finishes.

We have completed all apartments which consist of a bathroom and ensuite depending on number of bedrooms. The interior designer for the developer choose a marble effect 600×600 which was used both on the floor and walls with a natural finish to the porcelain tile. We then tiled each airing cupboard floor in a grey porcelain 600×600. Then we tiled the concierge and WC’s for the guest to use on the ground floor.
