This development sits next to Westfield Shopping Centre, the scheme is a PRS which is a private rented sector where it will be one of the largest schemes of this nature in London. All blocks sits over 87,000m2, it will include much more than apartments, with gyms, swimming pools, workspace and other high quality areas to be produced in the coming months.

The works we will undertake are kitchen splashback tiling to all apartments with porcelain tiles in 2 sizes with one size being 600×100 and the other being 120×120. With also supply and install of mastic to each apartment at the kitchen, window, doors, bathrooms etc.
