The Pocket Living scheme with consist of 149 one bedroom apartments for local first time buyers, which 16 of these apartments with be wheelchair adaptable. Residents will benefit from a communal garden and two rooftop terraces. With the 2 blocks being connected by various walkways as pictured.

Our works on this project sees us tiling the floor and walls in the ensuites to each apartments which we will firstly be waterproofing the rooms with the specified brand. Then we will look to complete the communal lobby on the ground floor.
